Wrong Delivery or Genuine Quality Issue

If you receive an incorrect product or encounter a genuine quality concern, please contact us at tritva.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.

Refund Process

Email tritva.in@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. After we investigate and confirm the concern, you may return the product to:

Once we receive the product, our team will carefully inspect it. If the issue is verified and the item meets our return standards, a full refund will be approved. Refunds are processed within 30 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom or bespoke orders are 100% non-refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be resized or altered, where feasible, for an additional charge.
